Hey everyone. A bit about where I'm coming from. For some time now I've been managing diabetes through intermittent fasting, and results have gone back and forth. On the plus side, as of this writing I've already shed roughly 55 lbs, though things have been pretty up and down as of late. When I stopped smoking, my eating and fasting habits slid into overeating and complacency, and before long my a1c was above 10 again. Late night snacking is probably my biggest weak spot, and my hope is that I can pick up enough here to really commit to this path and get my health where I want it. Thank you ahead of time for whatever advice and encouragement comes my way! Glad to be here with all of you.

Reta has completely changed things for me. As a bodybuilder, sticking to plain meals like chicken, rice, and brocolli during a cut was a real struggle. Instead of staying on track, I'd end up bingeing on even more calories, which undid the progress I'd made on my plan. With Reta, the food noise is gone, and that lets me keep my diet much tighter. Since I started Reta myself, I haven't had a single binge. It's genuinely excellent. My only wish is that the official medical community (FDA in the USA) would catch up and make peptides simpler for people to get. It's a bit sad that the grey market even has to exist.

Yeah, locating a trustworthy vendor is a real headache. There are tons of frauds out there pushing fake stuff or simply never sending anything. A lot of folks who have a solid source keep it to themselves or don't want to ruin a good thing. Fingers crossed I come across a reliable supplier before long. I'm checking out klow at the moment—it's wild how much promise it holds, but you have to stay super cautious. My wife is nervous, though I'm hoping it turns out well and she ends up seeing positive results! Definitely pumped for this ride.
