Hi! Sema entered the picture roughly 4 months back, and almost 20 pounds have come off. The stall set in over the last month, and another 15 is what I'd like gone. Tirzepatide is the switch I'm weighing up, so advice of every kind on making that move would be welcome. Thanks for sharing!
