Hello All.

I'm curious how people combine Reta with CJC and Ipa. If you stack these, what does your dosing and injection timing look like?

TIA. Happy biohacking!

You'll probably get better and faster answers if you search through or browse earlier threads. A lot of them already address this.

My approach swaps CJC out for a Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin blend, though the outcomes don't differ much. Back when CJC and Ipa were part of my routine, I'd take 400mcg of CJC alongside 100mcg of Ipa nightly, immediately prior to bed, having gone without food for roughly 5 hours or more.

Here's what I'm running right now. Reta at a low dose — 2mg spread across the week (Mon & Fri).

CJC & Ipa (No Dac) on a 5 day on, 2 day off pattern. One key detail: I take the cjc & ipa in the morning, completely fasted, not before bed. I came across some feedback suggesting that because reta slows digestion so much, an evening dose of cjc/ipa — even 2 hours or more after eating — might not leave enough of a gap.

I've gradually titrated up to 300 mcg of cjc/ipa.

The first few days I felt very fatigued, though that faded with time.

What differences have you noticed, and how would you describe your overall state compared to when you were only taking Reta?

Nice question. Mentally, this is where things get toughest. My first peptide experience was Reta, and the effects showed up nearly right away. So I figured CJC & IPA would hit me just as obviously.

That is not what happened. Still, I plan to keep going. Once the early tiredness passed, I decided to complete the whole 8 weeks, since a lot of what I have come across says these 2 take far longer to show results.

Looking back, I should have begun CJC and ipa alongside the Reta, because dropping weight has brought a meaningful (at least to me) decline in strength along with some muscle loss.

Yeah, that's an interesting point—I'd be curious whether Mots C could offer any benefit in this context… could you go into more detail?

I'm in week 2 of Reta and had a similarly immediate response with appetite suppression, and probably for the first time I really noticed my strength dropping during yesterday's gym session. I'd like to get a dexa scan before and after, but I'm not sure I care enough to spend that kind of money on something that wouldn't really provide value beyond peace of mind.

What's interesting is that my plan, after I wrap up the cjc/ipa cycle in a few weeks, is to start SS 31 & Mots C so I can gauge whether there's any noticeable change in strength and energy.
