Hello, my weight loss journey just started. A physical one day came with a prediabetic levels of A1C diagnosis. From there losing some weight became the determination. Lifting happens regularly but the weight is still there. Research is how this community was found. Semaglutide has just been started but more research has me leaning toward switching over to retatrutide. More learning and progress is what I'm excited for!
