Figured I'd say hello. I live in southern California and have 3 kids. Started reta in April, 2025, and I'm down 30 lbs. These days I'm just hanging out on a low maintenance dose. As far as I'm concerned, this peptide is a miracle. Looking forward to joining the conversation here. Thanks!
 
Nice work on the weight loss, and glad to have you here. There’s a ton of useful material and resources on this forum.

No pressure to reply in detail, or to reply at all, but have you begun looking into any other peps? For me, reta ended up being the thing that opened the door, and now it’s maybe leaning a bit more toward obsession than hobby. Still, once the benefits have you convinced, it’s tough to resist wanting to research every one of them! Either way, welcome once more!
 
I gave MOTS-C a shot toward the end of my weight loss phase, since 4 months of a calorie deficit had my energy crashing badly. Unfortunately it was a total dud for me - the only thing it produced was itchy lumps where I injected. I'd dose 5mg ahead of every workout and noticed zero effect. Count me skeptical when it comes to the non-GLP-1 peptides in general (KLOW does have me a bit curious, though).
