Small chunks in my vials — is this normal?

I could use some guidance. My very first peptide order just showed up, and a few of the vials contain little chunks. Is that something to worry about, or is it expected?

One more thing I wanted to ask: I'd like to do the reconstruction inside the vial, but these vials are quite small — 3 ml likely won't fit. What's your method for this? I haven't come across anything about it on here so far.

From what I can tell, the cake appears to have broken apart somewhat. To advise on reconstitution, we'd first need to know the substance and its strength in mg.

The way it mixes back up is what counts, not whether the puck arrived broken. Almost every research peptide is supplied in 3 ml vials, and for the majority of them that size is really all that's required.

Almost every vial I have looks like this. I'm seeing very few whole pucks these days. They're all fine, though. And 3ml BAC in there is fine.

Appreciate it. One vial holds Reta 10mg and the other holds Tirz 60mg. The amount inside the vial looks quite large. I'm eager to find out how the reconstitution turns out.

The peptides themselves are tiny — the bulk of what you see inside the vial is filler, and that filler is there to shield them.

Everyone has to begin somewhere — before long you'll know your way around like a pro. Being on this forum, surrounded by helpful folks, makes it much simpler to feel at ease.

The refa10 and the Tirz 60 both arrive in 3ml vials, and you can safely add as much as 3ml of Bac water. Given that you're new to this, here's a calculator I'd point you to for reconstitution help.

You've landed in a solid community to support you along the way. One bit of advice (a touch late) is to do LOTS of research before buying. Now that it's already in hand, I'd suggest doing much more of it before reconstituting and especially before injecting.

Things worth researching:

1) side effects

2) expected results

3) dosing protocol

4) potential intrractions

5) how to reconstitute

6) proper storage of pep and Bac water

7) sourcing

8) testing

9) dietary needs

10) exercise requirments

These are just a few to get you started.

🙂

Thanks Trey 915, I feel well prepared. I've also been on Tirzepatid (Mounjaro) for a year now, at 7.5 mg currently. I didn't want to stack a second compound just to raise the dose, and since I couldn't pick between Cargi and Reta, I ordered both. By now I've settled on Reta to speed up fat burning. I've been hitting the gym three times a week since the start of 2025 and have built up a lot of muscle, but there's still too much fat. I've gone through many posts here and watched YouTube videos until my head is smoking.
