SLU-PP-332 Reconstitution

Hey I'm looking into SLU-PP-332 and have heard some folks have issues with reconstitution. Anyone have experience with this or know if there's a special protocol to follow for recon?
 
The first couple of kits reconstituted fine with BAC but I just got three more kits that will not reconstitute with BAC. I am going to try to reconstitute with .5ml of DMSO then add that mixture to 2ml of BAC in a new vial. I have read others have used this method successfully. My DMSO arrives tomorrow. Also, I got the capsules, but they didn't seem like they did anything for me.
 
I have reconstituted quite a few vials with no issues using the DMSO then Bac Water. I only use hospira to minimize any issues.

First add 0.5ml of DMSO....slowly - drop by drop. Let the powder fully dissolve. Then slowly add 2ml of bac water while slowly moving the vial. This will give you a final concentration of (assuming you are using a 5mg vial) 2mg per 1ml. I keep it in the fridge, in the dark, and it remains crystal clear.

The only pep I have had issues with was Kisspeptin. Tried 2 vials and both gelled instantly with hospira. Tried adding AA and one cleared up. Not worth the risk and just wrote it off as bad. Probably an error on my part but started trt and it is useless to me now.
 
The only way I could get a crystal-clear mixture was to add equal parts DMSO and BAC. DMSO first and then slowly add the BAC. I went through four or five vials in my trial and error.

Now I'm really curious why my first two kits of SLU reconstituted just fine with only BAC.

EDIT: After Googling injecting a 50/50 mixture of DMSO and BAC, I'm abandoning this whole idea.

Hey, could you give more info on how you reconstituted the Slupp? Just tried this method on 2 vials and it still came out cloudy
 
I know you didn't ask for my opinion, but I'll share what has worked for me with SLU.

I add .5mL DMSO to the SLU vial and let it dissolve. I add 2mL bac water to a 3mL cartridge (I use pens for SLU) and after the DMSO solution is dissolved I extract that and add it to the cartridge with the bac water. I add it SLOWLY, drop by drop, and let it run down the side of the cartridge, no agitating or rotating the cartridge until I'm done adding all the SLU/DMSO. I've found that doing it this way I don't get "snow-globes", it's a nice clear solution ready to pin.

I hope this helps! I know I ruined 3 or 4 vials before getting it right!
