Silly question about vials and reconstituting….

I just received my vials it’s SMALL. I assumed I’d be able to reconstitute it in the OG vial? But I bought an already reconstituted vial before and it’s much bigger. Do you have to buy sterile vials and transfer the powder first? Sorry if this is a dumb question but I don’t know what to search to find it! Thanks!

You basically always reconstitute to start with in the vial it came in, and you practically "never" do anything with the powder directly.
