Hey all,
Jamie here, a silent member/lurker for few months. Posting hasn't happened until now, mainly because reading and learning from everyone's experiences with GLP-1 meds took up my time.
A bit about me: SE New Mexico, US is home. My 40's have brought perimenopausal symptoms, like weight gain, hot flashes etc.. This med/journey/rabithole , e.g., on tirzepatide, began after a nurse friend told me about glp1's, and so far: appetite has been suppressed, once the fatigue hurdle was cleared, still hoping to loose but also improve overall health and of course chasing the fountain of youth!
Jumping in finally, asking questions, sharing tips, and supporting others on similar paths is what I'm excited about. Getting to know the group better is what I'm looking forward to!
