Side Effects Appearing Suddenly After 3 Months on Mounjaro?

If just a single vial from the entire batch was tested (and "batch" is a loose concept when it comes to grey), intra-batch variability can be a problem — for example, some vials may be overfilled more than others. intra-batch variability Absent third-party testing, my habit is to begin any new vial or kit with a microdose.

A second possible factor is that API quality may differ between name brand and grey, which in theory could lead to more side effects, at least early on.
What's the size of those batches? You'd need at least a handful of vials for a group test, correct?

Even so, what does that tell you when they have 2 vials at 30mg and 2 vials at 40? You still can't know the fill of each of your own vials, right? Or am I missing something?

Thanks for the advice!

Honestly, I have no idea, and I'm not aware of any standard figure. It could be several thousand vials, or even more. I recall seeing photos that people shared on other platforms of Chinese factories, where there was a massive bin full of vials, presumably all from one batch. That batch might have held 10,000 vials, or possibly more, given that certain popular vendors do a lot of business and may only rotate batch numbers around twice a month.

In an ideal world. Even so, that's still a very small sample, though it can be large enough to catch problems sometimes.

Agreed, that's an issue. Luckily, that degree of variability doesn't seem to happen often.

Other factors might also make certain batches or vendors feel different from others, but I don't have any knowledge about that.
