Shipping a vial OUT of the US to Jano - how risky is it?

How much exposure is there in sending a vial OUT of the United States?
I already understand the import side - global entry and my other travel privileges. Does the outbound direction carry the same risk?
For the panel I want, TrustPointe quotes considerably more than Jano does. I'd rather send it to Jano, but not if it puts my global entry on the line.
 
Outbound parcels aren't really something US customs screens for, short of an active criminal investigation. From what I've seen, your exposure in that direction is basically nil.
