Is anyone here using Sermorelin who would be willing to describe what it has been like for them?

Just wrapped up an 8-week run of Sermorelin at 500mcg/day. My Igf1 went from 128ng/mL up to 183ng/mL on it. The reason I used it was to try to limit muscle loss while running my Reta diet. Whether it made a big difference is tough to pin down, but it looks like it did help.

Last month I began sermorelin for sleep. I also introduced epithalon, and there's a post you can read about that. My rhr went up, but these days my sleep is very good. I cut my epi dose in half (from .5mg down to .25mg) and my heart rate began to come back down.

With the sermorelin I do get water retention and a bit of joint stiffness, so this week I've halved that too, and it's easing off while heart rate keeps dropping further. (.33 starting to now...half that)

Sleep has been excellent.

Once the first vial is finished I intend to cycle off the epi, though I'll keep running sermorelin indefinitely. In three or four months I'll do another cycle of epi

Thanks! Did it help with sleep?
Before starting, my sleep was fine... aside from getting up to pee (I'm 53). One clear change: my dreams became much more frequent. That part I enjoyed.

Serm made it easier for me to get to sleep, and my sleep was deeper too. Tesa and cjc/ipa gave me the same result. These days I don't go to bed fasted anymore, so they don't help with sleep now. I take them in the am instead. In the am they're definitely not as good.

Do people often experience joint problems and water retention when using serm, tesa and cjc/ipa?
Indeed. While it may not be most people, quite a few users
