Sermorelin mixing turns cloudy — is the batch ruined?

Hi everyone, this is my first time posting and I'm hoping for some guidance — apologies if this belongs somewhere else...

I mixed up Sermorelin for the first time (10mg vial with 2ml BAC) and the solution came out cloudy. Thinking it might just be that one vial, I tried a second one using 3ml of BAC water instead, and got the same cloudy result.

The BAC water had been kept in the fridge but it was fresh, and based on what I've read that shouldn't cause any issue. I also allowed the mixed solution to warm up to room temperature, and still nothing changed.

I used that same BAC water with some Reta as well and there was no problem at all — it came out looking perfect.

Has anybody dealt with this before? Everything I'm reading suggests the product is bad and I ought to throw it away?

The photos were taken after swirling and letting it sit for 12+ hours.

Which BAC brand was used?

One more thing: people typically shorten semaglutide to sema. That nickname isn't used for sermorelin. Just to keep the two from getting mixed up.

Appreciate the input — I've fixed the post.

It isn't any particular brand; it arrived along with the kit. Up until now it's worked fine, this is the only problem I've run into.

Certain peptides tend to be less stable. Getting the pH right matters a lot. My suggestion would be to source a higher-quality BAC water (Hospira is the preferred option) and give that a shot. Before you throw the whole kit away, test it with decent bac water.

As for the cloudy vials, I wouldn't inject from them unless the cloudiness goes away. When you look at the mixed vials, do they seem somewhat thick? It could be some aggregation, though it's difficult to judge. If they appear viscous, I'd discard whichever ones you've already reconstituted.

Appreciate it. I've got some Hospira coming in tomorrow, so I'll give another vial a go using that.

Today my Hospira BAC water showed up, so I mixed a different vial — the result appears in the image. It remains cloudy, and the powder seems unwilling to dissolve, which now makes me suspect the batch itself is faulty. Any opinions?

That outcome isn't ideal—perhaps try introducing a bit of acetic acid to check whether it becomes clear?
