Is this the regular version or N-acetyl semax? I don't know how they differ, but from what I understand, N-acetyl is more stable when injected
plain semax — from what I've read, N-acetyl and adamax hit harder, and if I try those I might lose my mind lol
NA offers better bioavailability and a longer duration, yet to me it doesn't hit harder than the standard version. Adamax, by contrast, is said to be rocket fuel. I've got some on hand but haven't mixed it up yet. Once the Semax vial is finished, I'll need to choose when to use it.
Appreciate the info, I'll be sure to check it out. Today I ran a test by skipping my adderall, just to rule out whether I was tricking myself. The result: nowhere near the same "buzz," and it had mostly faded by around 4 hours. That fits with adderall amplifying the effect, especially since folks turn to semax when their adhd meds aren't available. Are the BAC dilution and the dosages identical?
After going through the threads on here, my take is that what you're after is something to stack with your Adderall or give it a boost? Could be it's not packing the same punch these days, or you'd just like a bit more kick without your prescriber agreeing to raise the dose? Either way, there are routes you can take, and Semax is one of them. It gives you somewhat more of a dopamine and serotonin lift.
What about Selank — have you given it a shot? The spray didn't impress me much, but subcutaneous N-Acetyl Selank Amidate? That one I really liked. It's not a slap-in-the-face kind of effect, but when a situation pops up that would normally send me into panic and spiraling, it keeps me fairly steady, dialed in, and honestly feeling pretty good. Thanks, pretend GABA!
Setting aside my guess that you want extra horsepower for your meds, if you're set on combining Adderall with Semax…
You can make sure those dopamine-synthesizing neurons get fed with "N-Acetyl L-tyrosine", an amino acid. Mucuna Pruriens Extract is another thing you could try. Both serve as precursors to L-Dopa, and L-Dopa is a precursor to dopamine.
Plenty of other approaches exist for stacking with or complementing Adderall, ranging from genuine nootropics to other substances. The options are endless, assuming that's what you're going for.
