To get the most out of the smallest dose I could, I went searching and came across this GLP1+ Control item. It comes as capsules, and the ingredients are shown in the photos below. Has anyone here tried something along the same lines to boost how much GLP's curb appetite? I only started and sampled it today. Still, because of placebo worries, I can't tell whether it's doing anything, since I do notice a slight sense that my hunger is being worn down. But I also used Tesofensine, so I'm not sure. Thanks ahead of time.

I want to research every ingredient listed here and determine the extent to which it "activates GLP1".

No need to research it yourself — the only thing that'll make you feel fuller is the water you use to take it.

One thing that bothers me about supplements overall — and it's especially true in the US — is how loosely they're regulated. Manufacturers can throw almost any kind of "statement" on a label, and as long as they avoid making an explicit clinical claim, they're in the clear.

Looking at these ingredients, none of them ring a bell as something clinically proven — meaning in actual human bodies — to trigger GLP-1 responses. I went deep into researching natural GLP-1 secretogoblin last year, and the single one I can recall is a blood orange-derived polyphenol known as Eriomin. There was this stack of plant extracts that one of the Kardashian girls was promoting as 'natural' GLP 1, and at first I was doubtful, but then I went through the clinical trials for each ingredient separately. Credit where it's due — the ingredients they picked do have real evidence behind them for cutting adiposity and boosting the body's own GLP1 response.

Thanks, everyone — that's helpful. A pound came off today, and I've kept it from coming back by not overeating. Since today marks day 5 since my last injection, I was a bit worried. The toughest stretch for food noise, for me, tends to be the following 2 days.

I appreciate it, everyone. To give something back for how good you've been, take this.

Oats are an example of a whole food containing soluble fiber, which is recognized for its ability to activate GLP-1. You must cook the unrefined type for many minutes before eating it. A list can be found that includes items like artichokes. Inositol and berberine are also helpful. Before I began tirz, I was using these as supplements and they were sort of working. Since then, I haven't required any more help, so I stopped. However, I still frequently eat the oatmeal, and afterward I am not hungry all day. I mix in cinnamon, bluberries, flax /chia, and nuts or pumpkin seeds.

Based purely on what the product is called (a trendy term), how the packaging looks, the blend of multiple herbs it claims to include, and a brand I've never come across, my guess is it probably has less of the active ingredients than the label states. Those are all warning signs for sketchy supplements. Also, describing the ingredients per serving, with 2 capsules, is somewhat questionable even if it's really common. Around 800mg total per serving sounds plausible; if you put the capsules on a scale and they come in under 400mg, then you'd know for certain.

For b6, the toxic threshold is 100mg per day, so just 10 of these, and at high amounts it can lead to lasting nerve damage. If you're curious about the herbal components, try asking chatgpt in research/scholar mode.

Hahaha, so it actually exists! I was convinced you'd invented it 🤣 That does sound intriguing. I'm always up for a deep rabbit hole.😉

Listen D-lady, I'll own it: fabricating things is a talent of mine. It's a birth defect, honestly. Fiction writing is part of what I do, so, you know, the usual instruments of the craft. Still, I would never pull that on a person whose kindness has left me humbled. That would be straight-up communist. Absolutely not, jose.

Good lord, I've been online buddies with @desinr-gal for a good while, and it only just clicked that her handle is a misspelled version of "designer." Up until now, I assumed she picked it to show she was from India or Pakistan.

🙄🙄🙄😒, seriously, Random? After all the coaching I've given you across so many eras, this is the best you can do? An Indian and Pakistani name, huh? Now I'm left wondering which sort of South Asians you've been spending time with.

I've been seen by her, though the reverse isn't true. Since I don't really build mental images of people I know online, there's nothing I need to adjust upstairs. If she turns out to be Indian or Pakistani and a designer too, that would be quite the twist.

Gymnema might take the edge off cravings for sweets, but nothing beyond that.

Separate note: a supplement packing that much B6 is something I'd steer clear of. It can wreck your nervous system within a few weeks. I'm facing months of recovery myself and had to cut out nearly all of my peptides and supplements. A post on this is coming at some point
