I'd been interested in starting KLOW, but the ISR I'd heard about kept me from it. Eventually I summoned the nerve — mixed with 4ml hospital into an 80mg vial. I gave 2 mini pins, 4 units apiece, in the upper glute using a 1ml, 31g, 5/16” syringe. There was a slight sting right away, but inside 4 hours came a steady, severe ache that spread and took up a quarter of my glute, persisting 30+ hours. After combing through the forum, I saw I could dilute it further. Still, I want to try lido/epi, since I'm prone to strong histamine reactions. I came across this, though I'm not 100% certain it's the right thing for me. I'd welcome advice from those with experience!

I'm not sure about incorporating lidocaine, though I've heard that some individuals find antihistamines helpful when taken beforehand, or applied to the skin afterward.

What benefit are you hoping to get that justifies accepting this kind of tradeoff? For my part, I would put up with that only if the drug delivered a major improvement in my health — and an arbitrary peptide combo with no solid evidence supporting its use definitely would not meet that bar. If you're set on continuing, my recommendation would be to test each ingredient separately, one at a time. It's also worth thinking about which of them gives you the most value for your money.

It's amusing how people criticize polypharmacy while simultaneously adoring their "stacks" (which are, obviously, polypharmacy!).

Purchasing it requires a license. Additionally, I've picked up that you shouldn't water down the first dose, since that reportedly leads to lumps and stronger reactions.

At week 8 for me, the ISR is calming down. Still, I put up with it because my skin and veins are seeing major benefits (as someone older--if you're under 30, skip it, you won't notice a thing.)

I want the skin and hair advantages that come from Ghkcu, plus KPV's anti-inflammatory action. So I settled on KLOW, since people say the BPC and KPV additions make it sting less. I'm 43, and I'm hopeful — maybe overly so — that the skin/hair effects will show up for me. That specific lido/epi doesn't need a medical license. Fingers crossed someone who treats this like a hack will jump in…🤞🏼🙏🍀 @Dos-Dox

If your goal is skin, a topical GHK-Cu option exists. When it comes to inflammation, Tirz carries far more supporting evidence. My point is that popular "stacks" aren't automatically the optimal route, and with the reaction you had, I'd pare things down! Injecting 4 unfamiliar compounds is hardly a straightforward "hack".

There's a different thread covering this same subject that could help you out. A few people report no problems with GHK basic, though since I haven't used it myself, I can't say anything about it. My routine: 2mL bac plus 1mL epi/lido go in; pull 15 units, then add more bac (another 15 units) to dilute it further. After that I micro-dose roughly 10 units at each of three different spots. If I go IM it still stings like death - SQ is the only way that works for me.

I appreciate it—I went over that…I stopped for a moment since I wanted to brush up on the chemistry side, because certain folks (the Anela protocol) say the base breaks down the Ghkcu—so even though the sting is gone, the activity is too. Like I said, I intended to look into that myself and figure out where I land. Still, thanks for sharing the link.

Thanks for sharing your perspective! I’m not unfamiliar with these compounds. For several months now, I’ve taken KPV, BPC157 and TB4 by mouth to help my gut heal. Still, since I know how effective they can be, I was interested in giving subq a shot. And you’re right—I likely should have introduced them 1 at a time, but the convenience of having them all in 1 vial drew me in. So now, like a total beginner, I’ve ended up with a kit I’m eager to actually put to use, lol

I keep hearing that the copper in it is really delicate. Supposedly, even combining it with something harmless could trigger a chemical reaction that makes it stop working. Does anyone have more info on that, or has anyone dealt with it firsthand?

Acecosm and Meamo are both places where you can purchase injectable lidocaine. Each of them operates a website.

It is possible, but covering your entire body topically would be a hassle and costly as well. For systemic effects, injections are far simpler.

It does genuinely work, though you need patience and multiple months before results appear, because skin and hair cycles are long. A lot of people quit before enough time has passed for visible improvements to show.

It can be obtained, the same way our GLPs are, with neither a license nor an Rx.

Where? Any source I come across asks for a Medical License.

I've sent you some details through DM

For 1 week, I've been using KLOW together with 3 friends. My mix: 1 vial + 5ml hospira Bacteriostatic Water + 1ml lido (without epi, since I can't locate it). Shots go into the love handles. None of us feels any sting or discomfort whatsoever. Sometimes there's redness where we inject, though it fades quickly. So far no lessening of joint pain and no changes to skin or hair, but it's still early.

My approach is simply to add more liquid. Yes, the needle gets duller and I go through a lot of bac water, but that way most of the inflammation stays away. If I use any less dilution, I end up with days of burning and fibrotic nodules caused by the inflammation dragging on.

Maybe I'm just fortunate, or what I have is nothing but blue dye. I inject into the area above my butt and below my waist—on the side, around the hip—and with klow 80 plus 2ml bac water I don't feel a thing. But when I used a 5ml dilution and pinned anywhere else, it stung for hours, and the stomach was by far the worst.

What I work with comes at a 1:50,000 ratio. The 1:100,000 version is something I haven’t given a try — it could be perfectly okay, but since its epi content is half that of the other dilution, I can’t say for sure. Where I source it, the going rate right now is $2.50 for each 1.7 mL cartridge (shipping charges apply on top, naturally). Usually, I’ll only pick some up when I’m already ordering other supplies.
