Hoping to hear which Med spa PEPs people consider the best. Thanks in advance for any thoughts.

-Vit B12

  • products for healthy skin and hair
  • amino blends that give good results

*Also, does anyone know whether it is better NOT to combine GHK-CU in the same vial as other compounds? Or should the injections be given at separate times? Could direct copper interaction reduce overall effectiveness?

Thanks

When it comes to B12, taking it by mouth tends to work just as well, unless a significant deficiency means you need to build levels up more quickly. Plenty of protein drinks contain B12 too.

If you request it, most doctors will include B12 in bloodwork orders.

Putting different peptides together in one vial—even when that's a common practice in certain protocols—is far from optimal. The only real upside is ease of use and cutting down on how many shots you need.

Should those peptides clump together, the chance of your immune system reacting badly only goes up. That makes drawing two peptides into a single syringe (say GHK-Cu alongside KPV, or BPC-157 with TB-500) the safer, or at least less risky, route. A single minute inside a syringe doesn't give them much opportunity to blend, much less to interact and form aggregates. Doing it this way for KLOW would mean two syringes and two injections. To me that looks like a reasonable middle ground, and it still lets you adjust the dose of each peptide independently.

GHK-Cu is famous for being painful or "spicy" at the injection site. Keeping it in its own vial allows you to dilute it with more Bacteriostatic Water to manage the sting without diluting your other peptides.

Yeah, that's yet another worry when you mix things in a vial. But adding to a syringe (one that might already contain KPV) strikes me as acceptable where copper ions are concerned, as long as you use it right away. And naturally, KPV is said to ease any stinging or ISR that GHK-Cu might cause.

yes , that matches my general understanding too.

As for GHK-cu, it sounds sensible and the anecdotes suggest its effects (collagen) pair great with the klow group...That said it has a 2 hour half life, so i've been spacing it 4 hours apart from any other peptide. there's some info suggesting that while it's active, copper can lessen the effects of other peptides during that window. So even though they're good to take together in general, taking them at the exact same moment may not be as advantageous .

Any thoughts ?

That's not something I have an answer for, though it does strike me as worth looking into.

One thing seems clear: if you space the doses apart, the endotoxin burden should come down. Under the two-syringe approach I've been considering — still untested on my end — the better setup would be to use the first syringe a minimum of 1 hour ahead.

Should you learn anything regarding this interaction and its timing, I'd appreciate it if you'd share it with me.

thanks

correct, both times I had bloodwork done 3 months apart, and each result showed low vitamin b12

My source is the lipo C injection. The reason I prefer that route is the methylcobalamin vitamin B12 it contains, rather than the synthetic version, which your body cannot absorb naturally and has to convert into natural forms first.

Appreciate it, I'll search for that.

For B12, I take a high-grade methylcobalamin sublingually with a dropper, and it does the job nicely. Injecting it before was painful!
