Hey all,

After spending some time reading quietly and going through the rules, plus digging the community's energy, I figured it was time to say hello properly before continuing to browse.

Some context on me: my weight loss journey has been huge over the past several years. My starting point was roughly 135kg (about 297 lbs), and I eventually got as low as 83kg. It took serious work — pushing heavy weights, staying active constantly, and eating tuna while the rest of the family enjoyed pizza.

Right now, my weight is bouncing between 93kg and 97kg. I'm pleased with the muscle I've added, but keeping this new set point steady is turning into both a mental and physical struggle. The science of metabolic adaptation fascinates me, and I'm keen on how newer approaches support body recomposition instead of the old-fashioned, starvation-style dieting.

My purpose here is research. I've come across plenty of talk about the newer generation of agonists (not just the usual choices) and I want to get a handle on the safety profiles and protocols that the veteran researchers in this space follow.

I can't wait to dig into the archives and pick up knowledge from everyone here. Appreciate the welcome.

Also, could someone please explain how I can get my girlfriend to understand that peptides aren't steroids.
