Scared Crypto Newbie in Ireland

Does everyone here have Exodus? I set up Kraken and Phantom but now wondering if I should have gone with Exodus too? I am also freaking out about Revolut being frozen as I did my first trial with ChatGPT guiding me.
 
I low-key (high-key) wish I read all this before I made my first purchase lol...I got carried away and didn't realise it's smart to set up a second wallet. I sent my first payment via Revolut straight to my chosen vendor from there. Although payment has been sent and received I am half expecting my account to be closed one day - which is fine, as I don't really use it. I have now set up a Kraken account and set up 2 other wallets (Exodus and Cake).

I don't think it matters what wallet you have as long as it's non-custodial i.e. Cake, Exodus, Phantom...etc
 
Quick suggestion for the OP: use Kraken Pro for your transactions. Most of the time, when you deposit money from your bank, it's free and instantaneous! And the fees are lower with Kraken Pro. If you have a Kraken account, you can also use the Pro version.

You should absolutely go to Kerry sometime! It is absolutely stunning, along with Donegal, Cork, Waterford etc, most coastal places here are really beautiful but those ones are the best for scenery, the craic and peace and quiet!

Regarding my dip into the crypto world, i have funded my coinbase account straight from my bank with enough euros to buy what i need in the GB, i presume i just use that to buy USDC-Sol on coinbase and then send it to the GB organiser through their web page. Or would it be better to move it onto another wallet from there to distance the trail to my bank?

I’m scared I have revolut, I thought I could easily buy UDDC within revolut and then transfer it to the vendor with his long address, going to do a dummy run, but I hate technology don’t want to be blocked or money frozen

I did this way, and the payment did get through to the Vendor and my order was shipped the next day but I'm expecting my account to be closed in the future if anything goes wrong with the Vendor.

Just use Revolut/Kraken, buy your Crypto open a second non-custodial wallet like Cake or Exodus, send to one of those wallets and pay Vendor from there.

I’m like a dinousar , so is it best to not send it from revolut to the vendor , on chat to revolut I thought they said I could, vendor accepts USDC
