New here, and a quick hello felt like the right way to start.
The main reason I'm here is my girlfriend. A foot injury has forced her to cut way back on activity, and while she recovers she's after a bit of a kickstart with weight loss. Reading up on the options started a few days ago, and honestly how much things have evolved in this space was a surprise.
Years ago I did a little experimenting of my own with older weight loss pills like sibutramine, but compared to what's on offer now that feels like a completely different world.
Mostly I'm here to learn from other people's real experiences and pick up any useful advice. A tirzepatide cycle of my own is also under consideration to get things moving, so hearing what's worked for others is of real interest.
