Hello, sabordog was the name I used before. A new phone meant losing some information, and sabordog1 is what I registered as. So the time was taken to finally read every rule. There are a lot of them. But I love it. It makes me more comfortable, personally. The pudgy kid who loved football is what I've always been. Too slow for backfield, too small for the line. But the best I could do in high-school was done. Not quitting no matter how much I got beat up was my only strength. And every minute of it was loved. That was 40yrs ago. Lol. Everything has been tried by me to lose weight. Weight training was what I fell in love with in high-school. A bodybuilder is what I thought I could be, until the realization came that big arms were needed, which I never had. So losing my love handles with as little muscle loss as possible is all I'm trying for now. 3 days weekly is still how often I lift. Googling GLP's is how I happened upon this forum. That's about it

The rules were all finally read properly, taking the time to do it. So many of them. But I love it. Personally, it leaves me more comfortable. Pudgy was the kid I always was, and football was the love. Too slow for backfield, too small for the line. High-school saw my best effort, though. Not quitting, however much I got beat up, was my only strength. And every minute was loved. That was 40yrs ago. Lol. Every route to weight loss has been tried by me. Weight training became a love in high-school. Until the realization landed that big arms were needed, and mine never appeared, a bodybuilder was what I thought I'd be. Now it's the love handles I'm chasing off, with as little muscle lost as possible. 3 days weekly is when I still lift. A google for GLP's is what led me to this forum. That's about it
