has anyone tried GHK-Cu, KPV, or glutathione for rosacea? right now I am on doxycycline and topical ivermectin and azelaic acid and just can't seem to get on top of it.

Look into SIBO for rosacea.

Rifaximin cured it in this study.

I see my dermatologist twice a year, I have it every winter and its gone every summer. I also get a deep tan every year, or at least try, so maybe the vitamin D does the trick. Have yet to go the antibiotic route, but I use ghk-cu 1mg daily (32m) hoping it'll stay away this upcoming season - fingers crossed

Thank you for replying, I will look into that. I do take a vitamin d supplement, but have to stay out of the sun due to the doxycycline. Have you noticed any effect from the ghk-cu?

Do you think staying out of the sun has benefited your health?

Here's a scientific article that shows an inverse relationship to cancers with an increase in uvb exposure.

Sunlight and Vitamin D: A global perspective for health - PMC

Vitamin D is the sunshine vitamin that has been produced on this earth for more than 500 million years. During exposure to sunlight 7-dehydrocholesterol in the skin absorbs UV B radiation and is converted to previtamin D3 which in turn isomerizes ...

None to report, has been 30 days on. Was given ghk-cu as a gift and figured I would give it a go. Have noticed zero benefits, but if I have less loose skin at goal weight I'd consider it a win.

I will definitely be taking, or asking for, rixafimin, if it returns. But mine was extremely mild compared to most.

I have family members who have had skin cancer and I've never had a scare or anything in regards to that so in that respect, yes I think it has benefitted my health.

Maybe I will start with the KPV first
