Hello! tirzepatide came to me via a telehealth provider, and my third week at 2.5 mg is about to start. The results so far have been impressive. Food noise is significantly reduced, appetite is suppressed, and 10 pounds came off in the first two weeks. Healthy food choices have become much easier to make, and grocery shopping itself feels far more manageable now.
