Anyone have issues with rhabdomyolysis?

I have been having issues with muscle aches and stiffness for a while and yesterday I finally increased dosage to 10 mgs ( I had lots of food noise on the lower dosage and tried to stay lower for a long time) but right now I feel like all my muscles are tearing . I did lots of water and with electrolytes all day long. What can I do at this point?

Is your Urine coco-cola colored?
 
I would like to add that Rhabdo is a serious condition that may lead to kidney failure. Stiffness and weakness can really be anything. That’s only one of the symptoms. If you feel like you have a serious condition. Please go to the ER. There is no Grey Market fix for Rhabdo.
