Does anyone deal with rhabdomyolysis?

For some time now I've had muscle stiffness and aches, and yesterday I went up to 10 mgs (the lower dose left me with a lot of food noise, so I kept it low for quite a while). At this moment, though, it feels as if every muscle in my body is tearing. All day I drank plenty of water along with electrolytes. Where do I go from here?

Has your pee taken on a cola-like shade?
 
Worth adding that Rhabdo is serious and can lead to kidney failure. Stiffness and weakness alone can point to plenty of things. That’s just one of the symptoms. If it feels like a serious condition to you. Please head to the ER. Grey Market has no fix for Rhabdo.
