Reta is what I'm on now, 2nd week in. Tirz came before it and the results I was looking for never showed up, the appetite suppression wasn't felt, and weight kept fluctuating between 195-185 (2024-2026). A strange side effect also showed up while on tirz… a post about it is coming bc I haven't heard anything like it b4 
A healthy weight is what I've been after, but food gets extremely hard for me once 180 is reached - just constantly hungry. 230 was the start and 170 was reached w/o any peptides (2020-2023), but that weight couldn't be maintained and back up to 190 it went
