My face is red at the moment, it looks like — since I used 2mL to reconstitute the Tirz, per Claude.AI, it turns out I've actually been dosing far less Tirz than I believed. That likely accounts for why my weight has just been sitting around 225-ishGrogu said:

Appreciate you digging into my history. As for how long I've been on Tirz, I couldn't tell you - and "unicorn"? No clue what that means, and honestly I'm not about to look it up.
That said, it did cross my mind to double-check the dose, and I did get 1 big thing wrong: on my insulin syringes it's 33'u' - not milligrams. My mistake, sorry about that.
As for me being full of shit? Guilty, always.
On the math side - I truly don't know how long this plateau has gone on. I'm finally taking the time to go through my 'Monitor Your Weight' app for the daily numbers. April 26 is the day I hit 225pounds for the first time... (I suppose it just feels much longer when you're weighing yourself every day...)
And yes, that start date is right. Math has never been my strong suit, I never graduated, and on top of that I'm currently on the far side of a stroke that cost me 1 of my carotid arteries and did who-knows-what to my brain and mind - even so, I keep on top of most things fairly well.
I'm curious — what's your actual tirzepatide dose? You brought up mixing up 33 units with 33 milligrams, and considering the peptide ranges you listed, milligrams would line up better. Taking cagrilintide somewhere between 5mg and 20mg would be pretty far out there. Hitting a stall at 8 months seems a bit early to me. Maybe the answer is simply to increase your tirzepatide dose.

Correct — with a 30mg vial in 2mL (15mg/mL), drawing 33 units gives you roughly 5mg per dose. That's way below what we assumed.
Below is the fixed chart for your 30mg vial in 2mL:
