Last night I must have not shut the fridge all the way, and I only realized it today when I got up. Inside were 1 already mixed vial of Reta, 1 vial that hasn't been mixed yet, and my BAC water too. My question: is everything still usable? The temperature wasn't warm, but it also wasn't chilled. Can I still use it? I've put it back in the fridge to get cold again.

No need to worry — these compounds aren't anywhere near as delicate as people claim.

Check out the Janoshik interview PepTok did on Youtube. It's packed with useful info.

Monday I returned from a trip, and I had a Reta vial that hadn't been refrigerated — enough for 2 doses and then some. I used those 2 doses, threw away what was left, and my weight was 5lb lower upon return than before I departed.

Having the fridge open all night really doesn't change anything in practice. Still, if it's a fresh vial meant to stretch across 2-3 months, I'd rather not turn that into a routine.

If you intend to use it within the next 15 days, there shouldn't be any issue. And if you've put it back in the fridge, it should be completely fine.

No problem at all. Being out at room temperature for weeks might be less than ideal, but just 1 night changes nothing. I've even forgotten mine on the counter until morning, and there were no issues whatsoever.

Great, thanks for letting me know

For most injectables, keeping things at 2° to 8° is the better range—it helps with stability and cuts down on fluctuations. Cheap portable fridge thermometers are available on Amazon.

Also, store it inside the fridge, not on the door where the temperature swings more, particularly when you plan to keep it for a longer period.
