I ordered on Dec 27 and have tracking via UniUni. The status only says received, nothing more. How long does Reta usually take to reach the US from China? I know this has probably come up before, so apologies for asking again.

You should begin by sending them emails, or you could ask in TG and Discord. For me, standard delivery takes 14-20 days, varying with customs and the shipping option. A 35-day wait is a warning sign. Another option is 17TRACK, which might give you additional details.

It varies based on the seller, your location, and whether they have warehouses in your country. In my case, it typically takes between 8 days and 3 weeks.

UniUni does a terrible job as a carrier. Of everything sent through UniUni, I receive only around 50%. Lately they've been dropping my packages at a different street that has the same house number, and then they insist it was delivered to the right place. Ask for proof of delivery and confirm it reached your home. They photograph the mailbox and the house w/number, and typically also the package sitting at your door. Insist on proof of delivery.

Yeah, they're terrible. What really annoys me is that UniUni usually shows up at 1am on Sunday and leaves the package propped up against the garage door.

It really comes down to which vendor you use and what their logistics look like. A few of them keep stock in US warehouses, which means fast delivery — I've had orders arrive in 3 days that way. On another occasion, going through a different supplier that routed China -> Canada -> US, it took 16 days. I've also got an order in with yet another vendor that's sending it straight from China to the US with no "layovers", so I guess we'll see how that goes lol.
On top of that, Chinese New Year plays a role. Whether your order goes out before the break depends on when you placed it and when that particular vendor shuts down for the holiday — if you miss the window, it may not ship until things resume (around the end of February).

I’m in the middle of this situation right now. The way their logistics are set up is just terrible. The package arrived in Vancouver, which is the province I live in, and then it just sat there for 2 days. After that, it got put on a truck and sent to Ontario, which is on the opposite side of the country. Then it was sent back to Burnaby, a place that’s not even 30 minutes from Vancouver, and after that the tracking said it was departing there and heading to the local facility close to me — that was 2 full days ago. There haven’t been any updates since. Driving from Burnaby to where I am takes 3 hours. I don’t understand how a truck can leave and not arrive by now without any updates showing it stopped somewhere else on the way.
Next time I order, I’ll be asking whether they can use a different courier, because getting through Canada has already taken twice as long as the trip from China to Vancouver did.
