The forums are new to me, though peps like Reta, mots c, ghk, tb & bpc aren't. Somewhere to pick up more info on all of it, and to be part of a community, is what I was after. Fitness has been part of my life for about 3 years — lifting 6x a week, cardio 7 days a week — and enhancing my physique as far as I can is the goal.
