Looking at Mazdutide OR Cagrilintide OR Tirzepetide to add to a Retatrutide regimen for improvement of appetite control. Im learning that all 3 of these activate the GLP-1 receptor which do suppress appetite as a desired result. But all 3 of them also Delay Stomach Emptying. As does Retatrutide.

My concern. Is that the effect of Delayed Stomach Emptying (can?) be compounded by "stacking 2 GLP1s". Am I worried about Nothing, or is this an issue? Trying to avoid becoming super blocked up. My complementary diet on Reta does include plenty of preventative Fibers, Liquids, Prunes, and consistent physical movement and mild/medium intensity work out. Im already very "regular" without any issue, every morning on the toilet like clockwork.

And I do love and respect this community for all of the information and help. Thank you.

I take fish oil to stay regular. I have noticed a lot of people who stack Reta with Cagrilintide have great results. I plan to use this method if food noise becomes an issue when I switch from Tirz to Reta. I usually don't have an issue with it, but I just got lazy and didn't eat properly or exercise. Down 32 lbs. now that I am active and have fixed bad habits.

Eloralintide.

Some say it's the new GLP4... It's definitely not.

But rather than having all of these effects, it just does 1 thing - as you eat, you get fuller, faster.

No food suppression or GI issue(s).

To some, it's a game changer. To others, it's not. 🤷‍♂️

It all depends on how your body responds.

It's brand new and I believe only Uther has this product, for now. The price is steep and they don't have any tests on Janoshik yet.

Or you can try tesofensine? It's taken orally and has its own pros/cons.

There's a CoA for Uther's Eloralintide. Dang fomo got to me Tirz is still working great.

I’m currently doing 7.5 Tz, 2reta, and.25 Cagri. I like it. I haven’t had any issues with sides at all though, so I’m getting a good balanced feeling off this combo. Appetite suppression is phenomenal, without having to force myself to eat.

I would suggest not worrying about it unless it causes problems, constipation is a fairly common side effect but by no means universal and not usually that hard to fix if it happens. Slow gastric emptying also does not necessarily translate into causing constipation, given they are at different ends of the gut. Without knowing a lot more like doses, side effects, weight at start and current time, age , height, time on reta it is hard to be specific.

The only peptide on that list that makes sense to add to retatrutide is cagrilintide as it works on amylin receptors, the others all work on the same receptors reta does, and unless you are at maximum doses of reta already it would make more sense just to increase the dose, which is probably a better idea than adding cagrilintide anyway. Using lowish doses of reta plus tirz can be useful but really only to solve very specific dose related side effects sometimes, mostly it is simpler and lower risk to just increase the dose of reta.

Did some reading on this -seems like some lots of Eloralintide may have zero peptide content - so anyone considering this may want to do their homework

Bit of a different question here! I’ve been running Reta 1.5mg/week for just over 12 weeks. I love it!! It helped me lose 7 peri-menopause pounds that had developed regardless of my constant nutrition efforts, heavy lifting 5 days a week, and running two days a week plus 10,000 steps most days! I’ve also been using GHK-Cu during this time.

I want to slowly cycle off both so that I don’t have to up my dose of Reta and can cycle it back in after about a 12-14 week break. Also to have a break from GHK and bring it back with the Reta.

During that time, I want to switch to Cagri at at the smallest possible dose to help with appetite/cravings, and Mots-C (2mg/3x per week for 8 weeks max) for all of its benefits with metabolism, insulin and glucose, etc. Has anyone else paired Cagri and Mots-C with good success for a maintenance phase?

You have a very healthy approach and incredible patience to be down only 7lbs and still saying you love the reta! Honestly I feel like you have an inherently successful attitude no matter what you're taking. IMO you're going to do great no matter which peps you end up researching. Consider researching ss-31 prior and during your Mots dosing. And yes, in the absence/break from reta, cagri may just do the trick you're looking for or maybe even be better acting for you.

Cag works on amlyn receptors not glp. They target different receptors.

Thank you Daddy! My Daddy was Airborne. 101st and 82nd. He's laid to rest on base @ Ft. Benning. The biggest hero i've ever known.

I've learned a bit since I posted that post you responded to. Since then i've been in 2 GeeBees that fell apart regarding elora due to manufacture issues. I still patiently wait, no biggie though reta has turned me into a much lighter shitbag since then. Been staying on the weights and making natural gains just from diet and sleep improvements. Trying to stay alive I guess, as long as i deserve to.

I have been stacking for almost two years, I don’t reallly notice anything like that. But it definitely got me down to goal. I was doing tirz Reta and cagri together sometimes
