I am weighing Mazdutide OR Cagrilintide OR Tirzepetide as an addition to my Retatrutide regimen, to sharpen appetite control. From what I am reading, all 3 of these hit the GLP-1 receptor, which is what delivers the appetite suppression I am after. The catch is that all 3 also Delay Stomach Emptying — and so does Retatrutide.

So here is my worry. Could Delayed Stomach Emptying be compounded by "stacking 2 GLP1s"? Am I worried about Nothing, or is this a real issue? I would rather not end up badly blocked up. Alongside Reta my diet already carries plenty of preventative Fibers, Liquids and Prunes, plus steady movement and mild/medium intensity work out. I am already very "regular" without any issue — every morning like clockwork.

And I do have a lot of love and respect for this community and everything you all share. Thank you.

Fish oil is what keeps me regular. Plenty of people seem to do very well stacking Reta with Cagrilintide, and I will try the same route if food noise turns up once I move from Tirz to Reta. Normally it is not a problem for me, though I let things slide and stopped eating properly and training. Down 32 lbs. now that I am active again and the bad habits are gone.

Eloralintide.

People are calling it the new GLP4... it is definitely not that.

What it does instead of producing the whole cluster of effects is 1 thing - eat, and you fill up sooner.

No appetite suppression, no GI trouble.

For some people that is a game changer. For others, nothing. 🤷‍♂️

Everything comes down to how your body answers it.

It is very new and as far as I know only Uther carries it, for now. The price is steep and there is still no Janoshik testing on it.

Alternatively, tesofensine? Oral, with its own pros and cons.

Honestly that would leave me furious 🤣

Uther's Eloralintide does have a CoA out. The fomo nearly got me, but Tirz is still doing the job.

Right now I am running 7.5 Tz, 2reta and .25 Cagri, and I like it. No side effects to speak of at all, so the combo gives me a nicely balanced feeling. Appetite suppression is phenomenal — I never have to force a meal down.

My suggestion would be to put it out of your mind until it actually causes trouble. Constipation is a common enough side effect, but it is far from universal and rarely difficult to sort out. Nor does slower gastric emptying have to mean constipation, since the two happen at opposite ends of the gut. Being specific is hard without far more detail — doses, side effects, starting weight, how long you have been on reta, age, height, and how far along you are now.

Of everything on that list, cagrilintide is the only one that makes sense next to retatrutide, because it acts on amylin receptors. The rest work on the same receptors reta already hits, and unless you are already at the ceiling on reta it would make more sense simply to raise the dose — which is probably the better move than adding cagrilintide in any case. Lowish doses of reta alongside tirz can help, but really only to work around particular dose-linked side effects; usually raising the reta dose is the simpler and lower-risk path.

I read up on this -it looks like certain lots of Eloralintide come back with no peptide in them at all - so if you are thinking about it, do your homework first

Slightly different question! I have been on Reta at 1.5mg/week for a little more than 12 weeks and I love it!! It shifted 7 pounds of peri-menopause weight that had crept on despite my constant nutrition efforts, heavy lifting 5 days a week, running two days a week, and 10,000 steps most days! GHK-Cu has been in the mix the whole time too.

What I want is to ease off both slowly, so that I never have to raise my Reta dose, and then bring it back after a break of roughly 12-14 weeks. The same break applies to GHK, which I would restart alongside the Reta.

While I am off, my plan is to move to Cagri at at the smallest dose that does anything, to cover appetite and cravings, plus Mots-C (2mg/3x per week for no more than 8 weeks) for everything it is claimed to do for metabolism, insulin and glucose. Has anyone else run Cagri and Mots-C together with good results through a maintenance phase?

Your approach is a healthy one and your patience is remarkable — you are only 7lbs down and still saying you love the reta! Honestly you strike me as someone with an inherently successful attitude, whatever you happen to be taking. IMO you will do great with whichever peps you end up researching. Worth looking into ss-31 before and during your Mots dosing. And yes, while you are away from reta, cagri may be exactly the trick you are after — possibly even a better fit for you.

Cag hits amlyn receptors rather than glp. Different receptors are involved.

Thank you Daddy! My own Daddy was Airborne. 101st and 82nd. He rests on base @ Ft. Benning, and he was the biggest hero i've ever known.

I have picked up a bit since I wrote that post you answered. Since then I have been in 2 GeeBees that fell apart over elora because of manufacture issues. I am still waiting patiently, no biggie, though reta has made me a much lighter shitbag since then. Staying on the weights and making natural gains purely from better diet and sleep. Still trying to stay alive, I guess, so long as I deserve to.

I have been stacking for close to two years now and I have never really noticed anything like that. It certainly got me down to goal though. Back then I was running tirz, Reta and cagri together at times
