Hallo Freunde,

Hi everyone,

For 6 months now I've been on Reta 2 mg, and I've dropped 10 kg. But over the past 2 months my hunger has gone up a lot; I'm getting sweet cravings and I've put roughly 2 kg back on. I realize a higher dose may be needed, though I'd like to hear whether anyone here has dealt with something similar?

As for Klow: 15 days in, and so far I haven't seen anything major change.

Thanks ahead of time for any input!

Lass dir Zeit.

I'm grateful for the translation, thanks a lot.

oooh, lets play a game..

Prost!

To judge whether 10kg over 6 weeks counts as meaningful loss, you need the starting weight. My own view: that's a lot, possibly quicker than ideal—I aim to stay below 2lbs/week—though if you're 600lbs it may not matter much.

"I crave sweets" is something I'd treat cautiously. Appetite returning is expected, but the choices are yours. Even while on GLPs, staying away from sweets, chips and similar highly processed items is needed for the best results. GLPs, in my opinion, make that far easier, yet some effort remains.

No worries at all. Since I'm an immigrant, reaching for translation tools is as natural to me as taking a breath 😂

Four days ago I bumped my Reta up to 5 mg, and to be honest I haven’t noticed any difference. My appetite is still very strong and I keep wanting sweet things.

Could this mean the Reta is low quality, or does anyone have another take on it?

Glucagon.

Stacking tirz is what I'd do.

And I do stack tirz. My situation was reversed, though: tirz came first, then reta, and sema more recently. Since Feb 15 I've dropped ~75lbs, roughly ten lbs shy of my ultimate goal

Right now, I figure seven peptides are in my routine.

Odds are that number climbs to ten, with some rotating in while others rotate out. Could even hit 11 😂😂😂

Living forever? Not something I care about. Living better for longer? That I care about a lot

Am I right?...I'm in that same ballpark as well...Once my purchased KLOW arrives, will my count drop?...It still adds up to 4, doesn't it?...I looked at the FYI...and just so you know, there's no FYI... 😳

For a few months I’ve stayed at 1 mg and things are going well. I’ve come across quite a few people online who keep to some low dose, continue losing weight, and dodge nearly every side effect. Could be just my experience, but I don’t see moving up in dose as something everyone absolutely has to do.
