Reta, Anhedonia, and Fatigue: A 1-Month Update

Month 1 on Reta went smoothly for me, but month 2 has been brutal. During a hike last month I spotted a tick on me — it hadn't latched on — yet from that point onward the tiredness set in. I inspected my entire body and came up empty. Lyme crossed my mind, though it's probably not that, which leaves Reta as the only explanation. For the last month I've been getting under 5 hours of sleep per day, I wake up exhausted and foggy, and my ambien isn't helping at all either. It's that bad.

Gave in to the glucagon itch and ran triz alongside my reta.

Reta is not winning me over: tired, hungrier, nothing gained. Thinking about dropping it.
