Hi,

Has anyone had steatorrhea (fat in đź’©) with reta?

Recently, I bought reta from a local sup, and I’m suspicious that it might actually be tirze. When I used reta the first time, I didn’t have steatorrhea, and I also didn’t feel completely full after meals. Now I really feel very full and keep burping all day.

I haven’t changed my dose or my diet. I’m still eating the same foods and the same quantities as always. I saved a little of my old reta, and when I use it, I don’t have these symptoms.

Chances are, your first batch of Reta was under dosed or Bunk. What is your process and how many mg are you taking?

3x shots of 0.75mg week = 2.25mg

With the first reta, I had very good results. It helped me stick to my diet and kept food noise under control. My glucose levels and insulin sensitivity also improved a lot.

I’ve only been using this second one for 2 weeks, but I already noticed the side effect of always feeling “full” and burping.

I’ve even considered comparing it with official tirze, because I haven’t found a clear way to distinguish reta from tirze based on symptoms alone.

Since being on GLP1's I have cut back on the fat I eat, I eat lean meat and veg as I understood eating fatty foods would cause serious GI issues.
