Hi,

Has anyone experienced steatorrhea (fat in 💩) while using reta?

I recently picked up reta from a local sup, and I have a hunch it could really be tirze. The first time I ran reta, steatorrhea wasn't an issue, and I didn't feel totally stuffed after eating either. These days I feel extremely full and burp nonstop throughout the day.

My dose hasn't changed and neither has my diet. The foods I eat and the amounts are exactly what they've always been. I kept a bit of my previous reta, and whenever I take it, none of these symptoms show up.

It's likely that the Reta you got the first time was either weak or fake. What's your routine, and what's your dosage in mg?

0.75mg injected 3x per week comes to 2.25mg total

That first reta batch worked really well for me. Staying on my diet became easier, food noise stayed quiet, and there were big improvements in my glucose levels and insulin sensitivity too.

This second one has only been in use for 2 weeks, yet I’m already dealing with the side effect of constant fullness and burping.

I’ve gone as far as thinking about testing it against pharmacy tirze, since symptoms by themselves haven’t given me a reliable way to tell reta and tirze apart.

I've reduced my fat intake since starting GLP1's — lean meat and vegetables are my go-to now, because I was under the impression that fatty meals would trigger major GI problems.
