Relabeled packaging on a product — has this happened to anyone else?

Nope. Frightening too - melanotan 2 at 10 mg would look like this.
WBS did pull something similar on me once — the only thing printed on the label was a number plus a barcode, with no shorthand notation that would even give a hint about what was inside.
The rep insisted repeatedly that it matched my order, yet no decoder sheet was ever produced. That came on top of an earlier hold-up: they ran out of stock immediately after I placed my order.
I considered pushing back more, but ultimately chose to accept the loss and stop buying from that company altogether.

That would freak me out too. Have you reached out to them yet? If it's MT2, you'll be able to tell in just a few minutes.

Should you decide to just go for it, it's wiser to inject a low amount and keep an eye out for flushing and queasiness!

Did they share test results that mention the crimp and cap color? That would make me really uneasy.

Seems like the jeep currently on hand was labeled incorrectly. That is an absolute no from my side.

Unless there was absolutely no alternative, I would steer clear of it for sure!
