Reconstituting Eloralintide - normal BAC water or GAC water?

This is not medical advice. I did the following.

First week 1mg two days before weekly Tirz shot. This stack was used to bridge the gap. Tirz starts to wear off on day 5ish for most on a 7 day schedule. After 4 weeks moved up to 2mg weekly same time. Worked fantastic with slight tiredness when titration up to 2mg. That has now subsided. The half life is 12-14 days so compounded by weekly dose is something to pay attention to. Not too shabby for the first batch from Uther. I was impressed.

Given that Eloralintide's half life is nearly 2 weeks while tirz sits at 5-7 days, if your rats are on both at the same time, does that mean elora ought to be dosed once every 2 weeks?

Just like titrating any of the glps (and plenty of other peps), this comes down completely to the person using it and what they're aiming for.

Do anyone know how long reconstituted elora holds in the fridge? A 10mg vial will take quite a long time to empty on a low starting dose.

I'm starting on Thursday as I took my tirz today. I thought that it would be a good schedule with

Thursdays Elora

Sundays tirz

I'm on 7,5mg tirz and haven't decided on my start dose of Elora. 0,5 or 1 mg. Thoughts?

Results from the testing group I lead, covering one of Uther's earliest batches, are scheduled for release on 10/22. A degradation/aggregation study using Hospira bac and Genetek was part of that testing. Testing took place at 30 and 60 days with refrigeration. A vial that was reconstituted and then frozen was also tested at 60 days.

Looking back, 90 day and 120 day tests are something I likely should have attempted to add. The testing was quite expensive, though, and the group was fairly small. These days I'm part of a group running 90 day testing, which is a positive. Testing at 120 days would be my preference.

So some data will exist in under a couple of weeks.
