Hi everyone! Glad to be here. Joining up is my attempt to find a cheaper and steadier way of obtaining and using GLP-1s. Semaglutide and I have history, but I ended up rationing what I had, and now the supply is completely gone, so learning from others here and finding a better long-term approach is what I hope for.

The goals are simple: shift some weight, be comfortable in my clothes again, and feel better about myself. 5'1 is my height and around 170 lbs was once my weight. Getting down to about 107 happened with some help, but the numbers are climbing back up and my closet is starting to notice.

Weight loss supplements were something I tried before GLP-1s; technically they worked, but a heart rate consistently over 210 BPM (very phentermine-like) is obviously not sustainable. There was also a phase of being in the gym 6 days a week with weight loss still a struggle, because my hunger and portions were out of control.

Beyond this journey, I'm a dedicated professional and a proud dog mom to two yorkies who are basically my children. A homebody most of the time, a social butterfly with my friends, and definitely an introvert around strangers.

Tips and experiences from others here are what I'm hoping to pick up, and to see how peptides are being used by people to become the best (and happiest) version of themselves — ideally while keeping my butt this time. 😅

Shopping and eating are two loves of mine as well, so reaching a point where both can be enjoyed without needing three different clothing sizes in rotation, because my closet simply isn't built for that, is the dream.

Keen to learn from everyone here!
