TRT is doctor prescribed

Lifting weights 4 days each week

Visceral fat is my main problem — there’s some upper stomach distention.

Here’s what I’m planning

Test Cyp 125mg each week

CJC 1295/IPA 500 mcg daily, fasted, before bed

Reta starts today at 1mg.

Thoughts?

So which is it - 500 mcg each for CJC and Ipa, or 250 each? And Reta at 1 mg a week?

Broadly speaking, solid picks, but how do your nutrition, hydration and sleep look? No drug is going to rescue a bad foundation.

Appreciate the response — each one is 250mcg. My diet is low carb, though not fully keto, and I'm working on raising my protein. Sleep is fine, I track it with my Apple Watch. I have to say, the CJC/IPA really puts me out at night. It's day 3 on Reta and I'm beginning to notice it; my digestion feels slow and slightly off.

When you lose weight, visceral fat is typically the earliest fat type to come off. Of course, GH is far less potent than tirz/reta when it comes to shrinking visceral fat — those are roughly ten times stronger. If you track your calories and stay consistent with training, you should be fine.

Good to hear it's helping. For certain people, CJC brings on sleep problems; a common suggestion is to use CJC/Ipa on an empty stomach in the morning, build up tolerance, and only then move to evening dosing if sleep gets disturbed at the start.

The first 2 days after a dose are the roughest. You'll adjust. I find I have to plan and time everything I put in my stomach, and even after eating before 5pm, I usually feel like I'm heading to bed on a full stomach.

Right! I ate 4 hours before going to sleep and it still seemed like my stomach was full when I got into bed. Might need to move my meal to an earlier time.

In the evening, low-fat cheese sticks work well for me as a source of protein and calories. Because casein breaks down so slowly, I don't get any indigestion from them.

For later in the day, look for foods that clear the stomach quickly. Meat on its own seems to move through fast, and fruit does too, but once you add vegetables and grains to a full meal, it can drag on way too long — particularly if lunch is followed by a workout later. Anything in liquid protein form simplifies things.

Beef protein isolate is another option I've tried. It costs more and isn't as good as whey, but in my experience it digests much faster than whey.

Mixing in a small amount of psyllium husk regularly seems to keep my digestion steady. When I've been seated for a while, I also get up and stretch to help digestion along. Wearing looser pants lets waste move more easily through the lower intestines; tight pants tend to leave the upper stomach feeling full.

Visceral fat: TESAMORELIN is the one.

Tirz/Reta adds a lot on top of that.
