When you lose weight, visceral fat is typically the earliest fat type to come off. Of course, GH is far less potent than tirz/reta when it comes to shrinking visceral fat — those are roughly ten times stronger. If you track your calories and stay consistent with training, you should be fine.

So which is it - 500 mcg each for CJC and Ipa, or 250 each? And Reta at 1 mg a week?
Broadly speaking, solid picks, but how do your nutrition, hydration and sleep look? No drug is going to rescue a bad foundation.
Appreciate the response — each one is 250mcg. My diet is low carb, though not fully keto, and I'm working on raising my protein. Sleep is fine, I track it with my Apple Watch. I have to say, the CJC/IPA really puts me out at night. It's day 3 on Reta and I'm beginning to notice it; my digestion feels slow and slightly off.
Good to hear it's helping. For certain people, CJC brings on sleep problems; a common suggestion is to use CJC/Ipa on an empty stomach in the morning, build up tolerance, and only then move to evening dosing if sleep gets disturbed at the start.

The first 2 days after a dose are the roughest. You'll adjust. I find I have to plan and time everything I put in my stomach, and even after eating before 5pm, I usually feel like I'm heading to bed on a full stomach.
