Huh? A 5ml bottle holds 1g, so that's 20 doses. And 25 units equals 50mg. Correct?

About the 5ml bottle: each 50mg dose works out to .25ml, which is 25 units, giving you 20 doses. From the 1ml bottle, you get 4 doses at that same .25ml / 25 units. Since both bottles are 200mg/ml, the dose stays identical—the only difference is that the 5ml holds more volume.

5 mL vial (1,000 mg total) means 20 pins at 50 mg each, and

1 mL vial (200 mg total) means

4 pins at 50 mg each? just guessing lol..
