Let’s say there’s a female that’s dealing with some

Hair thinning/shedding

What are some natural and/or pharmaceutical methods than be deployed to maybe help with this problem? The natural methods are preferred, but all options are open to consideration.

1) I was thinking minoxidil could be a beneficial addition at a low dose, but that’s really all I have at the moment.

Admittedly I’m not very well versed on the female side of this kind of care which is why I’m seeking opinions here. Any help would be appreciated.

I know some women rave over the keratin conditioners as a means of strengthening their hair, some mention oiling the ends of their hair at night to prevent breakage.

Im very open to any and all input on anything you think would help.

I really appreciate it!

Studies show that topical Ahk-Cu can help with hair growth. You can purchase raw (sometimes called cosmetic) powder and add to a scalp serum.

I think a lot of hair care products claim to do stuff, and they are expensive and suck. My opinion is diet and the way the hair is cared for is far more important then the shampoo/conditioner used. High protein diet, with tons of biodiversity....high omegas....sardines!

Also, I only wash my hair once every 12-14 days, boar bristle brush to pull oils down the hair shaft, no heat, no dies, and oil the ends....my hair is long, and healthy.

The Ordinary has a hair growth serum that works really good. I added 2g ghk cu and 1 gram ahk cu to it and gave it to my daughter, she has thinking hair from PCOS

Just here to advocate for our furry friends and share that I believe topical minoxidil is poisonous to both cats and dogs. In case that’s something you need to be mindful of when making a decision 😊

I'm sorry that you are dealing with this. I can't aid with your request, but my first thought is, what is your diet like? How much protein are you eating?

It does a bit, my climate here helps a ton tho! I use cornstarch at the roots or do updos if it gets too much. I hope the GHKCU makes it thicker and longer!!! 😂
