Brief mention of peptides in this WSJ article about the Russian pursuit of longevity:

Another influence was Vladimir Khavinson, dubbed “Putin’s gerontologist” by Russian media, who promoted peptide-based antiaging therapies derived from calf tissue.

Peptides—short chains of amino acids marketed for recovery, muscle growth and antiaging—have become popular among U.S. wellness figures including Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Joe Rogan, despite limited evidence for many of their claimed benefits.

Khavinson, who received one of Russia’s highest state awards from Putin for achievements in medicine, said in interviews that he sought to prolong the life of a leader whose departure would throw Russia into crisis. He also argued that human beings were meant to live to 120 years, citing biblical scripture.

Putin awarded Vladimir Khavinson, director of the St. Petersburg Institute of Bioregulation and Gerontology, with an Order of Friendship during a ceremony at the Kremlin in 2017.

Khavinson died in 2024, at 77.

In terms of Peptides, Russia is great and let me tell you why:

There's a Russian man named Khavinson and he was a somebody who helped create certain peptides to help his people. He helped create the ON's and GEN's of peptides - pinealon, epitalon, vesugen, testagen, ovagen, pancragen, cardiogen, all the gen's you can think of, I think. 🤣 I also think Russia created/found semax and selank?

The US FDA said those peptides contain no human data even though Russia had their own clinical trials and studies, but we all know that the FDA is complete crap when it comes to the grey market. It's all about the money and they're getting paid by Lily Direct to enforce and seize.

Anyway, Putin got it right. 🤣

PS: I did not read the article, yet... But will do later today.

These days, I find that I'm for anything the FDA is against. You are right, the FDA is "owned" by Big Pharma now. I've tried Epitalon and plan to cycle it 3x a year and I will try Pinealon soon.

Every time the "Khavinson Peptides" get mentioned, someone chimes in about the clinical evidence not being up to Western standards. Here's an article published in Russia shortly after Khavinson died. It echos a lot of the skepticism:

He promised to extend the lives of his clients to 120 years, but died at 77. Who is “Putin’s gerontologist” Vladimir Khavinson and what did he leave behind?

Much of the human clinical trial data are based on the "Cytomax" animal-derived versions like Epithalomin, rather than the ""Cytogen" synthetic short-chain derivatives like Epithalon. The latter have mostly animal studies rather than human tests.

Theyve been doing this stuff all the way back into pre coldwar.. We just didnt know because of the iron curtain. Fast forward in the late 80s early 90s. a bunch of stuff gets shared. Lo and behold theyve been doing it too on the other side. Tough and stubborn lot but also wicked smart.

Russian gerontologist Vladimir Khavinson died on January 5, 2024, at the age of 77. The official cause of his death was not publicly disclosed.

Russians in gov't have been known to have been "unalived". I have a different theory.

The pharma cartel, Eli Lilly, Pfizer, and Novo Nordisk had him "unalived". If you look him up he did some interesting stuff and the FDA espionage dept notified the cartel. Problem solved.

The peptides did work for Khavinson; 77 is doing quite well considering the 5th of Vodka he had for lunch daily! 😀

It should be noted that both Selank and Semax are very well researched by the Russians. Hell, they're even on the Russian list of essential medicines.
