Hi. I'd like to hear how PT-141 has worked for others, particularly regarding receptor desensitisation and tolerance from using it regularly.

Do you find that in the days after taking PT-141 your libido and erection strength (for males) are reduced?

My own experience: I've used PT-141 3 times. The first dose was 0.5mg and I felt nothing. A week later I took 1mg, felt slight nausea, but after 3h there was no sexual effect, so I took another 2mg 3h after that. My reasoning was that if it still did nothing, it must be fake. 1h later I got a very strong erection. Sexual desire didn't really increase — the erection was simply there. In the following days erections felt stronger, but desire was normal. A week later I took 2mg again, this time with my girlfriend, and yes, it was good sex, multiple rounds until she'd had enough. The days after I had sex with her again and erections felt stronger, though I wouldn't say PT-141 makes me hornier or alters my desire for sex. Now, 2 weeks later, I feel really uninterested in sex and struggle to get it up. I sometimes have ED but Viagra usually fixes it. This time, though, even Viagra doesn't help. I'm wondering whether this is due to the PT-141 and receptor desensitisation, or whether my body is just weak at the moment. My girlfriend comes tomorrow...

PT141 works for me, though I have never seen it do anything for libido. Compared with Viagra it feels more natural, but in my case the effect is purely physical.

I'll be watching this thread closely. I have some PT-141 sitting around but haven't tried it yet. A drop in libido would be a lousy outcome, though my guess is that's not what's going on with @magic123, given that even large doses didn't raise your libido. What worries me about PT-141 isn't sexual risk at all — it's cosmetic, lol. I'm fond of my pale skin, blond hair, and blue eyes, and I wouldn't want to go through what some people describe, where their skin darkened.

My ideal scenario matches certain accounts: men who begin with above-average sex drives see their libido climb alongside stronger erections, more ejaculations, and heightened lust lasting 48+ hours after just 0.5 mg.

What puzzles me most is why PT-141 never went viral or became sought-after. I recall when Viagra launched and the film Sex And Other Drugs made the viagra craze look glamorous. Why hasn't PT-141 seen anything comparable, when most individual user reports read almost like porn in how successful they are?

Was that injected or taken as a nasal spray? Some years ago I came across claims about how incredible this stuff was for libido and desire — supposedly it turned people into instant crazed sex machines, and so on — so I gave a nasal spray a try. I felt nothing at all, despite all the amazing reports I'd read. My assumption was either that the product was bunk or that it was simply overhyped in general.

I've still got a bit of PT-141 stored in my freezer. I originally bought it as a fallback to Kamagra, which does a great job for me.

Honestly, my erections have usually been fine without help, but Kamagra makes them harder and gives me more staying power—so I'm not always the first to finish. That said, since I began the combo of Reta, Elora, and Triz, my erections have been noticeably stronger—no "performance aids" required at all. So as long as my girlfriend is satisfied, the PT-141 can stay right where it is in the freezer.
