I relocated this thread because it isn't a review. Why is it so hard for so many people to grasp that the review section exists for REVIEWS—not for "me too" posts, discussions, or questions???

Also, the person you contacted is not among the forum's listed contacts and is probably an impersonator. You got scammed. How did you come across this contact info?

Whenever a "rep" requests extra shipping charges, customs clearance fees, or anything like that, it's a sure scam.
