I'm really interested in what you think regarding the dental implants.

After getting some dental work, I ran into a situation similar to what the OP described, and I still don't feel the explanation I got for it adds up. I do have implants, though they weren't the focus of the procedure at the time.

Whether the implant played a role, I can't say for certain. Still, once I began reta, I noticed pain and pressure in a tooth, concentrated right around one of my implants. I was attempting to stop using ibuprofen by taking kpv, yet I ended up needing an 800 ibu to get relief. Eventually the problem resolved, though it struck me as odd. It might have nothing to do with it, but the op's account caught my attention too. That hasn't happened to me since.

if endotoxin were the cause, i could see it being plausible.

I once had a compounded tirz vial from vios that had L-carn mixed in. following each shot, i'd end up with terrible body aches plus something i can only call a severe sinus infection with gross green boogs. by day 5/6 it would ease up a little. then the next injection brought the exact same reaction. this cycle repeated 5 times in total. when i did my first pin of grey, things improved and it felt just like the zep. by week 3, the green boogs and pain were gone. no antibiotics were used to get rid of it; it basically vanished after i stopped using that vial. i cannot find even 1 mention of l-carn doing that. my only conclusion is that the vial from the pharmacy was contaminated. going forward, i'll simply toss it, but that happened close to the start of my journey.

Nothing here relates to reta—it is simply a lack of trust in oral surgical procedures that lead to infections.
