Holy crap! That is a lot of revenue.

I don't know how many times I've read people's comments that they use "so and so" reseller because their products were "top tier". They typically say they are willing to pay more for quality rather than go elsewhere.

Affiliates perpetuate this as well. I know a couple affiliates, nice people, and both of them honestly think the same thing, while acknowledging there are cheaper and just as safe options available even in the reseller market, but think the standards aren't up to par.

Personally, I think they have just convinced themselves of this so they can sleep at night as they funnel people into paying extremely high prices.

China direct will never be an option for the people you described and like you said, they have money to burn, so they stay where it doesn't require more leg work.

IMO the companies like these are getting squeezed out. For a single vial you can buy a kit and get checked for free. Lots of overhead/time for little return. Also FedEx has decided to reject pharma from Asia. Not worried.

Is/ was the red text your commentary or something from the admins? For a small business it's easy to see that its not worth the risk and stress with perceived threats like that text alluded to.

There seems to be a lot of confusion about who Peptide Sciences customers were.

They did not cater to people aware, willing, and able to source from overseas; which is only about 10% of the peptide buying population. They catered to the other 90%.

You’d be mistaken about that.

You have no idea how many lawyers are active members of the grey community, including those operating in the regulatory defense space.

Actually I do, however that still doesn't change the fact that the vast majority of domestic vendors are clueless and unprepared. Of the countless domestic vendors, there are probably a dozen or fewer that have adequate legal representation (or at least reserve funds for that purpose) in place.

Of course I would be curious to hear how many of the lawyers in the community who specialize in this space are voluntarily approaching domestic vendors with offers of representation.

Just like the many doctors who are active members of the grey community and are happy to share their knowledge and experience, that doesn't necessarily extend to providing paid services to vendors.

I'm not sure this is enough reason to panic buy and I don't usually need much of an excuse. Yes, they were among the first on the scene, but they sold outrageously priced vials to people with more money than sense, or at least motivation IMO. Many sites are writing about them wistfully like the person they lost their virginity to had died. In a sense, that may be true, at least for their peptide virginity.

I'm already hearing that the owners made a large purchase at the end of the year and are coming back under a new name. Many of these vendors are like the Hotel California, they can check out, but they can never leave.

Direct-to-consumer "Grey" (presuming you mean sourcing from China) is an insignificant drop in the bucket compared to domestic resellers. 90% of suburban Karens and Kevins who will only user their credit card are never going to consider sourcing from overseas as long as there are domestic options. Even if they have to figure out how to get rolls of bitcoins to pay.

All peptides that don't come in regulated and branded packages from pharma companies and that can't be searched on the NIH or FDA websites are grey.

This right here. credit cards are king in suburbia. and tbh, if your in the us and make it look like its stuff from the US, they'll happily just hand over the card number and say ship it. not knowing most of it is just fancy stickers on the grey.

I think the angle most people are missing is this:

When the feds decide they want to make an example out of someone, they're not just arresting and prosecuting them. They're declaring that person a danger to public safety (they're importing dangerous "fake" drugs that could hurt people, after all). They're also declaring that person a flight risk (they can argue the person likely has crypto hidden away somewhere, whether real or imagined) to prevent bail.

They're also going to be seizing all of that person's assets (there are a number of different pretenses for this). This means the person has no money to pay lawyers to mount a legal defense. In fact, even if the person had the foresight to anticipate that risk by maintaining a large legal retainer, there's a decent chance the feds could try to seize that as well, unless it can be documented that those funds are from a "clean" source and if they're business proceeds from selling the "fake drugs," good luck with that.

That's not to say that all of those things will happen, just that those are things that could happen if the person doesn't immediately fold and the prosecutor has guidance to pull out every last dirty trick they have.

It's not so much this specific vendor leaving the market that makes me want to panic buy. I've never even been to their website. It's more that this is one more channel the FDA has successfully shut down. Even if the grey market is never stopped entirely, it's not getting any easier, and grey seems to be slowly turning black.

Tirz has changed my life. Not just in that I am no longer obese, but I am not constantly thinking about food. There has been junk food and candy in my house for months. I've even thrown a lot out because it wasn't getting eaten. That has never before happened in my life, and I feel so much more free and normal, not being chained down by food.

I'll buy my tirz on a street corner downtown before paying EL's prices, but I'd rather not.

What did they raise? I was in contact with them for a while, but ended up going elsewhere.
