Hello all! I go by kinsloo around here, and I've just joined. My roots are in the PNW, though Southern California has been home for nearly 8 years now. A month ago I began my own glp1 journey, after decades of struggling with binge-eating and nighttime food noise. Being here to absorb knowledge from the members with more experience is something I'm really looking forward to! Thanks for the welcome into the group — better health is the direction I'm heading.
