Registration is finally done, after a month or two of lurking and absorbing a mountain of reading.
A month on Tirz now, and 12 pounds are already gone - only a fraction of my goal, but it already feels great.
The other day bloodwork came back as legitimately the best I've ever had in my life - a shock in the best way - so going deeper into all this and finding out what works best for me and my goals is what I'm really looking forward to.
