would like to hear of your experiences with eloralintide once you get it.
Your experience does suggest that even poor responders to GLP's might do better on higher doses or combos, there will eventually be real research on this but not for a while. Given the doses are off the scale from what has been researched, I hope you have been getting some bloods done to make sure it is not doing anything unexpected, like glucose, hb1ac, lipids, lft's, amylase, u&e etc?

It depends on the trip and the accommodations along the way.
In March I flew to Orlando, then from Orlando to Vegas before coming home. On the way to Orlando I had the travel vial in the a case with ice packs. In Orlando I had a fridge. I didn't freeze the ice packs again to fly and no fridge in my room in Vegas.
A week out of the fridge isn't a big deal to me, assuming typical room temperatures. If I needed multiple weeks, I could take lyophilized vials and bac to reconstitute on the trip, again without a fridge. At my dose, R10-30 vials are cheap enough to reconstitute 1-2 vials a week for my 2-3 doses and toss the remainder without needing a fridge and without keeping it at room temp for over a week (give or take an hour or two).
I have a finite supply of smaller vials, but still enough for a couple years of that method.
